Talkative is acceptable..for women not for men. It's our gender who differentiate who should be talkative and who shouldn't be. So when what happen is the other way around then it becomes so weird.
It is understandable why a woman is talkative, the nature of a mother who controls and manages a family needs skill of commenting, ordering, and bottom line talking. So that's why a woman is talkative. Well at least tend to be talkative then a man. She needs to make sure everything is under controlled. Unconsciously this nature is then transmitted to the young grirls. It happens continuously.
What if it's the man who's talkative? It's annoying. It's just not man's nature. So i say big no no for this kind of man. Better run away or get rid of them form my friend list :P

Smoking Person
Smoking person is so annoying. They mostly don't care about others. They smoke wherever they want, and it's violating the human rights. Well..i see it that way. The smoke which one's exhale is toxic for others. Unfortunately the selfish and egoistic manner worsen the situation. The smoking person got what he wants and others who don't will get the killing toxic for sure.
No when i'm on my what somewhere having a journey with public transportation i always bring an ear-loop mask. So whenever someone starts to smoke, i put on the mask and i save from the smoke. Sometimes the man stares at me and maybe he's thinking "what does this woman do..am i annoy her that much?" well let them think that way because i will never use my energy to be grumpy on his behavior. Instead, i take an action..to show him that his smokes bothers me and it's so intollerance.
Other worst thing from a smoking person is that they stink. When i have a smoking person in the same room, the smell of my perfume is banished by the cigarette's smell. Oh i really hate that. Even i can smell their nasty breath when they're talking. It's so nasty.
The government has set up a regulation of smoking area limitation. But yes, it's not working properly. It works well in my campus, since it is strictly monitored. The campus even had a monitoring team over smoking prohibition regulation. It's very good. It should be promoted and applied in other public places. Sadly i'm so not sure it works well in other places. In fact, it is violated.
Few days after the launching there were news on TV about men who has been caught of smoking in public places. They have to faced a trial and pay some money for the fine. But it happened only in the past..never heard of such cases now. There should be more protective regulations on smoking which respect others. Or else everybody will get a lung cancer. It might sounds sarcastic but that scary thing possibly happen sooner or later.
