Olympic Games 2012 London

Olympic Games 2012 has opened July 27, 2012 in Olympic Stadium London, United Kingdom.  This is the fourth annual international sporting event. This event was previously held in Beijing, China 2008. There are at least 36 sports, like archery, athletics, badminton, swimming, rowing, shooting, soccer, basketball, fencing, table tennis etc.. more than 200 countries participating in this event.

Olympic Games first held in Greece in 1896. London had previously hosted in 1948. In 1940 and 1944 Olympics were canceled because of World War II.

Previously, Britain had become the host for the first time in 1908 with logo

other than that on the show as there is usually an Olympic mascot used to liven up the event itself. At this year's Olympic mascots used are Wenlock and Mandeville.

my opinion about this event : this is an amazing event in the world, the IOC (International Olympic Comittee) really paid their attention to make this event so awesome !
